The Broadway Strings continues to join Broadway Star Patti LuPone as the Four Play String Quartet for the 25th Anniversary tour of Matters of the Heart. LuPone takes the audience on an exploration of the crimes, affairs, and mysteries of the heart, featuring electrifying performances of more than two dozen love songs that range from Broadway favorites to songs by contemporary songwriters. Join us for our upcoming performance in Ridgefield, CT on January 29, 2027.

Emberlight Festival
For the past three seasons, the Broadway Strings has returned to Ironwood, MI as artists-in-residence at the Emberlight Festival. Premiering over 20 new arrangements over the past three seaons, the Broadway Strings has delighted local audiences and collaborated with the festival’s artistic director, tenor Miles Mykkanen, who recently opened the Metropolitan Opera’s 2025/2026 season as the title role in Mason Bates’ The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier and Klay.
Music for Autism
In April 2026, The Broadway Strings performed in an autism-friendly concert hosted by Music for Autism. We performed several of our bespoke arrangements, encouraging audience participation, resulting in a Mamma Mia sing-along at the end of the performance.
